This 6+ week (3X/week) program is a continuation of the "Movement Fundamentals Phase 1" Program that is available for free on our website. We recommend that you start with that program before beginning this one, as there are fundamental ideas that are necessary to cover before you begin Phase 2 here!

These Movement Fundamentals Programs give you an introduction to the necessary fundamentals for any program involving human movement! All you will need is roughly 30-45 minutes a day, a pair of squat wedges, and a light kettlebell or dumbbell. There is a mix of conceptual/informational videos and exercises to implement.

During Phase 2, you will begin to apply the basic breathing, postural, and mobility techniques to general movement patterns for warming up, squatting, hinging, and bracing in more complex positions.

You can use this as a stand-alone introductory fitness program or a supplemental program for ANY current program that you are doing, regardless of your goals.
